Festival de l'Acadie in Belle-Baie

The municipality of Belle-Baie is organizing a Festival de l'Acadie this year from August 10 to 15.

Schedule: 

• August 10: Activities at Robertville's Club de l'âge d'or (2057 route 322).
  • 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Registration for the washer tournament
  • 10:30 a.m. – Opening ceremony
  • 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Family activities, music, face painting, canteen, inflatable games, pony rides, etc.
  • 12:00 p.m. – Start of the washer tournament
  • 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. – Music with Phil Athanase
• August 11: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Rally "À la découverte de l'Acadie" and music with Lucien Pelletier (2:00 p.m.) at Petit-Rocher's Parc de la plage
• August 12: 2:00 p.m. - Show with Rémi Boudreau, magician and illusionist, at Salle multifonctionnelle Denis-Richard in Petit-Rocher
• August 13: 10:30 a.m. - Acadian wood manufacturing workshop with Mini Créations at La Barque in Pointe-Verte.
• August 13: 1:30 p.m. - Screening of the film RACINES, DIASPORA & GUERRE by Phil Comeau at Salle multifonctionnelle Denis-Richard in Petit-Rocher
• August 14: 3:00 p.m. - Theater play with Les Mamizelles at Scène Danny-Boudreau in Petit-Rocher.
• August 14: 7:00 p.m. - Music with Stéphane LeBlanc at Beresford beach.
• August 15: Festivities on Principale Street in Petit-Rocher (in front of the municipal building)
  • 1:30 p.m. – Start of the festivities
  • 2:00 p.m. - Music with Stéphane LeBlanc, craft market, family activities (inflatable games, photobooth, cake)
  • 4:00 p.m. – Music with Ronald LeBlanc
  • 5:45 p.m. – Protocol ceremony
  • 6:00 p.m. - Tintamarre
• August 15: The rest of the festivities will take place at Scène Danny-Boudreau near Petit-Rocher's wharf
  • 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Music with Zakoustik and family activities
  • 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. – Music with Bruce Daigrepont, artist from Louisiana.
  • 10:00 p.m. – Fire show with Geomatrix
  • 10:30 p.m. – Fireworks
